Today I met a friend for lunch which meant my usual food intake was a bit messed up... Meaning I had Prezzo pasta! Yum.
We got some walking in too.
I didn't have time to eat any snacks today which has actually worked in my favour seeing as lunch was calorific.
Breakfast - Slim Fast Mocha shake (230cals)
Lunch - Prezzo Penne con Salmon (956cal)
Dinner - Slim Fast Meal bar (210cals)
