As predicted, no weight loss this week, all due to three meals out and a large amount of alcohol (for me at least!)

Back on it today! And did nearly two hours of walking too :-)
Breakfast - Slim Fast Café Latte shake (230cals)
Snack - Slim Fast BBQ tortillas (95cals)
Lunch - Slim Fast Mocha shake (230cals)
Dinner - Tomato pasta, cheese, focaccia (795cals)
Hubby bought hot crossed buns for breakfast this morning and of course I had to help him get rid of them. However, I do have to say that I missed having a shake for breakfast. There is something rather nice about an ice cold tasty beverage in the morning. I'm actually looking forward to my lunch shake!
We're off to a christening today so I expect there will be cake forced into my hand at some point which I must dutifully eat with coffee later ;-)
Spent 4 hours getting my hair done today (don't ask!) And as a result of sitting still and reading a ton of magazines I was very aware of my stomach growling.
In the evening my husband and I went out for my birthday dinner and I ate lots again!
