With a day trip to Paris this week and two full days at my parents house - where my mum is the best cook in town - I think that a half lb weight loss is pretty good. I was expecting no loss this week.

I was so busy running around after madame today that I forgot to have lunch! Oops. It's amazing how the body can be distracted from it's usual routine.
